No Refund Policy

OrbitDesk operates on a subscription-based access model.

All payments made for OrbitDesk subscriptions are final and non-refundable.

Once a subscription is purchased:

  • Access to the platform is granted immediately
  • Usage is considered to have begun

Refunds (partial or full) are not provided, including but not limited to:

  • Unused time
  • Accidental purchases
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Dissatisfaction with features

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • No refunds will be issued for the current or past billing periods

Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued if required by applicable law. Any such cases will be handled at OrbitDesk’s sole discretion.
