By accessing or using OrbitDesk, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

OrbitDesk is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for team collaboration, productivity, and internal workflows.

The service may be offered in:

  • Early access
  • Beta
  • Production stages

Features may change, improve, or be removed over time.

Accounts & Access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate information
  • You may not share accounts in ways that violate your subscription plan

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions & Billing

  • OrbitDesk is offered on a subscription basis
  • Billing is recurring unless canceled
  • Prices and plans may change with prior notice
  • All payments are governed by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use OrbitDesk for illegal activities
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
  • Disrupt or overload the service
  • Access data you are not authorized to access

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in OrbitDesk — including software, branding, and content — remain the property of OrbitDesk.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service while your subscription is active.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability, but:

  • Downtime may occur
  • Features may change
  • No uptime guarantee is provided unless explicitly stated

OrbitDesk is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • OrbitDesk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last billing period

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

  • For Terms violations
  • For security risks
  • If required by law

You may terminate your subscription at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the operator of OrbitDesk, without regard to conflict of law principles.
